The Michael Paint Collection of Channel Islands Silver

From 13-16 October 2017, on display in the Library were items from probably the finest collection of Channel Islands silver ever to be sold at auction. This was a three-day exhibition in advance of the auction sale at Martel Maides which will took place very successfully in Guernsey on Wednesday 18th October 2017. Visitors to the Library, for whom entrance was as always free, and interested parties were able to get excellent and close-up all-round views of the objects.
