Cartographic history of Guernsey

Showcasing the Library's extensive collection of maps, many of which have been reproduced in a lavish new book from Extraordinary Editions, The Cartographic History of the Channel Islands. This magnificent volume receives its official launch here in the Library on 21st September, after which the exhibition will be open to the public. Reproductions of the maps can be viewed in the garden and some of the Library's original cartographic material will be available for visitors to view inside the Library. There will also be high-quality reproductions of some of our maps for sale. As always, entrance is free.
