Occupation Archive
18th May 2015The Library's archive of photographs from the German Occupation of the Guernsey 1940-45 is now available online.
In a new departure for the Priaulx Library, our collection of photographs covering this period can be viewed online at the Occupation Archive, and high-quality reproductions can be licensed there for commercial use. Prints for framing and other gift items featuring our images can also be ordered there. Copies of the photographs will still be available to callers at the Library or researchers who would like them for their own personal use, subject to the usual copyright restrictions. Copies and reproduction rights for the rest of our photographic archive must still be requested from the Library. Contact the Library for further information.
