No. 9. Item. Another letter under Bailiwick Seal dated 8 August 1695. Mr Pierre Jannon, Rector of the Town Church, assigns to Sieur Matthieu Vaudin to receive rents from various persons, the said rents due to the Rector because he was seized of certain land that Nicolas Guille had bought from Michel de Jersey son of Pierre.

Laurence Ollivier daughter of Thomas of St Martin, seized of the legacy of Thomas de France, sells, to the said Reserson, in right of his wife the daughter of Clement Perchard, and to his heirs, rent to be received from Nicolas Guillemotte son of Nicolas. Letter of 16 November 1620.

Item. An appeal heard before Monseur Helier Bonamy on 29 April 1719, between Dame Marie Vaudin seized of etc. etc. and Mr Michel Falla in which the two above letters (viz. Nox. 45 and 46) were read out. The said Falla affirmed that he was within his rights.
No. 47. Item. Letter under the aforesaid seal. 10 October 1595. Edmond Le Ruez son of Colas of St Ouen sells to Clement Perchard son of Clement of the said parish in Jersey a sum of 20 silver gros, English payment, payable by the heirs of Jean du Douit.

No. 48. Item. A letter under the aforementioned seal. Laurent Carey son of John of the one part and Robert Le Retilley [Retiley] of the other part, confirms he owes the said Carey a rent (the same as mentioned in No 29).
No. 49. Item. Another ditto. 21 Octobe 1616, John Retilley successfully sued by John de Rosel Senior and ordered to pay rent owed.

The aforesaid Jean Vaudin sells to Jean Roland, son of Thomas, one half of a house in Fountain Street ... rents payable to the said Jean Vaudin, with, item, a document showing that the said Roland made the said part of the house over to Jean Vaudin.

Item. A minute signed by the Court dated 13 July 1687. Jean Mansel son of Olivier assigned Sieur Matthieu Vaudin to receive rents from various people, in casjh and in poulages.

Thomas Martin son of Thomas exchanges with Pierre Mauger, son of Nicolas, a Courtil called Le Mal-Assis,for a Furze-brake called Les Hurettes, the said Mauger making up the difference with a rent which is due to Sieur Matthieu Vaudin in right of his wife ... Item. A minute signed by Messieurs Charles and Jean Andros, Jurats. Dame Marie Vaudin, seized of Les Petites Crouttes which belonged to Lucas Le Feyvre [Lucas Le Fevre], in the Parish of the Vale, Vingtaine de L'Epine, sells them to Thomas Bougourd son of Josias ... [Registered 29 August 1728].

Item. A minute signed by the Court dated 24 October 1635. The aforementioned Recerson confirms he owes Jean Painsec Junior a sum of rent assigned by Monsieur Pierre e Lisle.
